Lorca’s searing poetic play about a childless woman in rural Spain. Her desperate desire for motherhood becomes an obsession that eventually drives her to commit a horrific crime.

Hugh (credited as Richard Bonneville) played a gypsy and, for a number of performances, played Juan, Yerma’s husband.
